I cannot recommend Valley Orthodontics enough. I have had 2 of my kids complete treatment with them and not only did my kids end up with beautiful smiles but increased confidence. Dr. Hartman and Dr. Haines are both very friendly, smart and professional. The Traceys are the kindest and so helpful at the front desk and every single assistant educates and makes the patient feel comfortable. The office as a whole has a “feel good” vibe and you can even sit in a massage chair as you wait for your kid to get done. Valley Orthodontics feels like family. From the initial appointment to Cash getting his braces off, I have been impressed. Cash was 12 when we had the initial meeting, they spoke to him directly informing him of why he needs braces.
At every appointment they treated Cash not like a child but someone that is responsible for his own outcome. Still playful and fun but also giving Cash information that would give him the most success.
Dr. Haines is great with all ages he seems to really care about his patients and their success. The staff and techs are all so sweet and make every visit enjoyable. Tracy at the front desk welcomes you with warmth and a smile. The techs all work so well with eachother and the doctor. I'm used to sterile offices that feel cold. While they were very clean they didn't sterilize the warmth out :) sounds silly but if I'm going to spend years with them at these appointments I want to enjoy the people. I want Cash to enjoy being there. They definitely succeeded beyond my expectations. Thank you for welcoming us like family and giving Cash his fabulous smile back just in time for his freshman year.
